MINOOKA MUDDER

WATER!

In the middle of summer, don’t forget to stay hydrated. But to avoid that bloated feeling during exercise, try to consumer the majority of your water 1-2 hours prior to working out. Then take small sips during the workout.

Swim!

We are currently signing up participants for swim lessons. We have a Monday/Wednesday session at 10:15 am and also a Tuesday/Thursday session 1:00 pm. We will also begin a new session of Waterbabies on April 6th.

Personal Training

Need help getting your weight loss goals started or need to lose those last few pounds? Don’t forget that you always have the option of working with a personal trainer. Training sessions cost $30 per 50 minute session. Sessions are scheduled on an individual basis. The benefits are numerous.. A personal trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients.

**FUSION**

The best of CROSS-FIT fused with the best of BOOT CAMP.  It is intense, but applicable to all fitness levels. Fusion is great for a beginner, but just as good for the experienced athletes. Every exercise has a modification to intensify the challenge or lessen the intensity. It is your workout and the intensity level is up to you!!! Fusion is a strength and conditioning program designed to help people gain a broad and general fitness. Programming concentrates on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to achieve overall physical fitness, so people are prepared for any physical challenge.

Fusion meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm.

Tasha Hayes in back on board to help with your nutritional needs.  If you need to gain muscle, lose weight, or eat better for overall health, Tasha would love to help you out. She makes appointments on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings  or Tuesday evenings. Please contact her directly to set up an appointment time.
