About Cornerstone Fitness and Wellness

Chilton County has rapidly jumped to the sixth fastest growing county in Alabama.  Although this is a very exciting time for our county, there are several issues and concerns that go hand in hand with this explosion of growth.

In 1999, we began to envision a multifunctional medical facility that would offer several fitness and wellness programs to our community.  After researching, discussing, and praying, we started construction on a 18,000 square foot facility to house these programs.  GOD has truly blessed our lives and we give him the praise.  Our prayer is to strive for HIM to be our chief CORNERSTONE.
